About us

Good to have you here. Rynex is a certified ServiceNow partner with roots in automotive IT - from procurement, compliance, SecOps and the workshop, with real projects behind us. We advise and build around Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Sales & Order Management (SOM) and Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO) - from omnichannel communication to the workflow that actually runs in the end. We use automation and AI where they make a difference, not where they simply sound good.

We are a multicultural team of different nationalities who meet in the same standup every morning. The way we work together is built on partnership, loyalty, openness and commitment, with a family-like spirit and a lot of trust. Nobody has to shine to belong here. What counts is the drive to truly understand something and then build it well. We love detail but stay pragmatic.

You don't need to know every ServiceNow module inside out - a solid technical foundation and the desire to dig in deep matter more to us. Whether you have years on the platform or are just getting started: curiosity and an eye for detail will take you far here, and you'll deepen the rest once you're on board. If you like to look closely and speak up when something isn't quite right yet, you'll fit in well with us. Just tell us what drives you - welcome to Rynex!
