Your dealership knows more than it uses
Connected data brings focus to what matters - and wins back the time that today gets lost in searching and chasing.
From Silos to Connected Data
Bound-Up Staff, Lost Orders
Monday morning, half past seven: five customers at once, the service advisor juggling phone, appointment book and work order. On every call he opens four or five programs to pull together vehicle, last repair and open quote - and a queue forms at the counter. What gets left behind isn't just friendliness, it's revenue.
The data that would explain all of this exists in the business - just scattered, disconnected and not directly accessible. The dealership essentially doesn't know what it knows. And it costs most where roughly two thirds of the contribution margin is earned: in aftersales, at an industry-wide net margin of around 1.2 percent.
One Shared Truth, Many Views
The way out isn't a new system, but connecting the data that already exists - tailored to each role. When a mechatronics technician drops out at short notice, the foreman immediately sees which jobs can be rebooked, the dispatcher which appointments to spread more widely, management the few percent of missing utilization - and the service advisor the context for the customer at the counter, including an available replacement car and a fitting offer from the showroom.
AI steps in where complexity eats capacity: a rescheduling suggestion, a replacement-car hint, a weekly summary for management - it proposes, it does not decide. What this can mean in detail in the dealership's day-to-day workshop, and how to get there, we have worked into an extensive whitepaper. Please note: the whitepaper is currently available in German only.
